The aunties arrived in sunglasses and set the tone for the day. We kept moving between the courtyard and the haldi seat, because nothing here was going to happen twice. His friends had a plan for the turmeric and his mother had a better one. The groom stopped trying to stay clean within about ten minutes and spent the rest of the afternoon laughing.
