What we keep, and what we don't

What we collect

When you use a form to check a date, you may give us your name, your phone number, your wedding date, the town or venue, the kind of celebration and any note you add.

When you press send, we save those details so we can reply, and your browser opens WhatsApp with the same message ready to go. The message reaches us on WhatsApp only if you press send there too.

To stop the forms being misused, we also keep a scrambled version of your internet address. It can’t be turned back into the real one, and we use it only to limit how many enquiries one connection can send.

If you call us, message us or meet us, we also have whatever you share in that conversation, including your number.

How we use it

We use your details only to:

• tell you whether your date is open and send you a quote
• plan and photograph your wedding or shoot, and deliver your photographs and films
• keep the records we need for our accounts and to follow the law

Who else sees it

We do not sell your details or share them for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

We share them only when your wedding needs it, for example with a second photographer on your day or the lab that prints your album, or when the law requires it.

WhatsApp, YouTube and Google Maps

Three services on this site belong to other companies, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

• WhatsApp carries your message when you choose to send one.
• YouTube plays our films. The player loads only when you press play.
• Google Maps shows where we are. The map loads as you scroll to it, and Google may then set its own cookies and see your internet address.

Cookies

The public website sets no cookies of its own and has no advertising or visitor tracking. It saves one small note in your browser so that the opening animation plays only once per visit. That note contains nothing about you and goes when you close the tab.

Our sign-in page for the studio’s team uses one cookie to keep them signed in. It isn’t used on the public pages.

Photographs of people

The photographs and films on this site show real weddings. If you appear in one and would like it taken down, tell us and we will remove it. You do not need to give a reason.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries in our private dashboard for as long as we need them to reply to you and plan your wedding, and booking records for as long as our accounts and the law require. We delete the rest when we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and you can withdraw your permission at any time. To do this, or to raise a complaint, call or WhatsApp +91 98729 00831.

We may need to keep some records where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.
